Terms of Service
1. Who we are

2. The service
You get a personal, interactive wedding invitation website with an RSVP form, a guest dashboard and a shareable link and QR code. What each plan (Basic, Premium, Luxury) includes — themes, wedding styles, photo and video limits, Guest Dress Colors, AI-assisted wording — is shown on the checkout page at the time you buy. The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
3. Buying and activating
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. After payment you receive an activation code; using it creates your invitation on the plan you bought. If you bought through Etsy, the Etsy terms also apply to that purchase. Keep your activation code safe — whoever holds it can activate the plan.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because the service is digital and starts immediately, you ask at checkout for it to begin at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has begun (when you activate your code). Before activation, you may cancel and get a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to [contact e-mail — TODO]. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
5. Hosting period
Your published invitation stays online for at least 12 months from purchase. If we ever introduce a longer-term hosting fee we will give you clear notice and time to export your guest list before anything is taken offline.
6. Your content and your guests
- You own what you upload. You give us the licence needed to store, process and show it as part of your invitation.
- You promise you have the right to use your photos, videos, music links and text, and that they are lawful and do not infringe anyone’s rights.
- You decide how your guests’ RSVP data is used and are responsible for using it lawfully; we process it for you as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, hateful, misleading or to send spam, and do not try to break or overload it.
We may remove content or suspend an invitation that clearly breaks these rules.
7. AI-assisted wording
On plans that include it, AI suggests wording for your invitation. Suggestions can be imperfect — please read and edit them before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; we will not remove something you paid for without offering a fair alternative or refund. Themes, styles and fonts may be updated over time.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for indirect losses (for example a wedding logistics problem caused by a guest not seeing a message). Please check your published invitation and share your key details with guests in more than one way.
10. Ending the agreement
You can delete your invitation at any time. We may end or suspend the service to you for a serious breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable, and will refund the unused part where the law requires.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce what you already purchased.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia; as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at [contact e-mail — TODO] — we will try to fix it.
